This final paper will be an adjunct to your group consulting project. However, this is an individual paper . Each student will submit their own paper. In this 6-8-page APA-style paper, you will discuss your consulting presentation, and apply the concepts, perspective, and theories that were utilized in your presentation. Your paper should include: a clear introduction, a discussion of your topics and target audience (including a rationale for extending your chosen conflict topic to this particular audience), your goals or objectives for the session (i.e. what did you want your audience to learn?), a detailed discussion summarizing the literature/research that informed your session, future directions for this conflict topic, and a clear conclusion that summarizes the contributions that your consulting project could make to the literature on your particular conflict topic. You should have a minimum of 6 citations from academic journal articles throughout the paper and at the end in a references page. Three of these citations must not be from existing course content. Be sure to use academic and professional tone throughout; however, you are allowed to use first person.

o APA format throughout, including double-spaced, Times New Roman font, 1-inch margins, title page, reference page, running head, internal headers, in-text citations, page numbers, etc. Do not include an abstract for this paper
o Your paper should include
 An introduction with a clear thesis and preview statement. Your introduction should be 1 paragraph in length.
 An overview of your group’s conflict topic and audience. Briefly explain the conflict topic, who the target audience was, your goals as a group for your consulting workshop (what did you hope your “audience” learned/left the presentation knowing?), and any skills you were trying to teach/consult on. Be sure to rationalize/make an argument for why you determined this particular audience would benefit from consulting on this topic area. This section should be no more than three paragraphs in length.
 Detailed discussion summarizing the literature/research that informed your session. You should reference conflict perspectives, theories, concepts, etc that were utilized during your presentation. You should discuss each concept/theory that your group used in your consulting presentation (no less than 3, no more than 6 theories/and or concepts should be discussed). Be sure to provide academic definitions and bring in specific examples from your presentation that exemplify your application of each concept.
 Future directions for this conflict topic. Briefly discuss what is missing from existing literature on this conflict topic and areas/avenues future research should explore. This section should be no more than two paragraphs in length.
 Clear conclusion that summarizes the contributions your consulting project makes on your specific conflict topic area (may include theoretical and practical contributions: how your presentation extends knowledge/theory on this conflict topic and/or how practitioners and the everyday person can learn and grow from your teachings). Your conclusion should be 1 paragraph in length.
o Minimum of 6 academic citations throughout the paper, at least 3 of which were not included in required class readings
o A reference page in APA format
